These are seriously easy and look great. Use your fave chocolate muffin or cupcake recipe, ice them and top with a chocolate nest for a sweet Easter treat.
200g chocolate melts
50g shredded coconut
coloured candy-coated Easter eggs
Melt the chocolate melt in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Set aside to cool slightly.
Add the coconut and stir to combine.
On a large sheet of baking paper, create chocolate nests about 4cm in diameter.
Use the back of a metal spoon to make a dent in the center of each nest where the eggs will sit.
Fill nests with 3 eggs. Cool completely and refrigerate until firm.
Place nests on top of iced muffins or cupcakes.
